Roomly connects people looking for a room with people offering one. You agree to provide accurate information and to treat other members with respect. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

2. Listings and verification

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and their right to let the property. Listings we believe to be fraudulent may be removed without notice. Owner identity verification is being introduced.

3. Payments

Searching, messaging and listing are free. Any optional paid boosts we add later will be one time purchases with no automatic renewal.

4. Liability

We work hard to keep Roomly safe but we are a platform, not a party to any rental agreement between members. Always view a room and read the contract before you commit.
